Enroll in the Agent Online Portal to seamlessly access your accounts coded under the agent number and view the properties that are coded to your agent number.  In this portal, you can submit appointment of agent forms, agent revocations, view property details, opt into electronic communication with your appraisal district, review important documents, and submit appeals during the equalization phase ( protest season)—all from a centralized and convenient platform.

Choose sign up underneath the Login link on this screen and register your account, if this is the first time you have visited the portal.  After the initial log-in, you will confirm your registration with a link that will be emailed to you and then you can log in to your account to access your options.

To opt into electronic communication - On the first screen after logging in, check the box on the left side of the property listing for each property you would like to opt into electronic communication for, or select the box at the top to select all.   account in the portal, go to the communication tab, and then click on the Sign up Here link as indicated for receiving electronic communication.  Complete the form online and for the signature line, type in your name.  Then click submit at the bottom of the form. 

To submit AOA’s or revocations, on the first screen after logging in, choose the 2nd tab at the top of the initial screen – AOA Maintenance.

The links for filing appeals are on the first screen after logging in and in addition, there is an appeal summary link at the top of this screen.

*Tax Code Section 1.085(a-1) requires a tax official to deliver communications to a property owner or the property owner’s designated representative electronically if requested using this form. The election remains in effect until rescinded, in writing, by the property owner or the designated representative.
